You're Either With Him Or Against Him

Many people don't realize what it means to be a Christian. They don't understand what it involves. Christians aren't just people who have prayed or made a decisions to believe in Jesus' work on the cross, go to church, read the Bible, and pray. Jesus didn't define what it means to follow Him that way. Mark 8:35-37 say, “And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” This lifestyle is described in chapter 39 of this book.

 

If you have prayed or made a decision to become a Christian, but you aren't living this way, Matthew 12:30 reveals that you are against Jesus. In Matthew 12:30 Jesus explained, “He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.  

If you aren't following Jesus right now (Chapter 39 of this book describes how to follow Jesus.), you are against Him. Therefore, if you have prayed or made a decision to become a Christian, but you haven't been living the way chapter 39 of this book describes, please follow chapter 10 of this book.
