My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which words are italicized.
It seems that people think they can become Christians so they can sin and still go to heaven. They possibly understand that their sins will send them to hell, but if they trust Jesus' death on the cross and His shed blood to erase their sins and let them into heaven, they will be able to continue their sins with no consequences. Their view of grace is wrong: Titus 2:11-14, "11For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."
These people weren't Christians in the first place.
