Self-Defense 5

My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which

words are italicized.

To summarize the previous messages, the Bible allows Christians to defend themselves when they feel threatened. The following explains how they can defend themselves:

If you aren't equipped with the items in the previous messages, protecting your head and face is a must. More than likely, an attacker will throw punches at them, and the following is a simple and effective block:

Keep your nose pointing toward them, keep both arms horizontally in front of your face with both fists pointing left (your left arm covering your chin and nose and your right arm covering your forehead and temples), and have a little space between your arms that allow you to see your attacker. Also, don't rest your arms on your head; hold them around two inches forward while forcefully trying to hold them in that position.
