Know that you don't have to be athletic or strong, and notice that you don't have to make contact with those who come at you in threating ways -
1. Back up a good bit in a side-stance, keep your head pointing toward them, and put one elbow horizontally in front of your chin and nose area with your forearm wrapped around your head. If they try to punch you before you're able to make distance, lean your head back.
2. Spray the person or persons' eyes, and leave the area.
