In continuation of last week's message, self-control, which is one of the Fruits of the Spirit, is important. Although, if a professing Christian isn't strong enough in this area of self-control, there's a way out: If you have prayed or made a decision to become a Christian, but you aren’t able to stop doing sexual acts with someone you aren’t married to, you should become married (1 Corinthians 7:9). Also, if you are consumed with the desire to do sexual acts and can't function, you should seek to become married (1 Corinthians 7:9).
