Mind Numbing
My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which words are italicized.
There's nothing more useless and mentally draining than being jealous of others. It literally drains the life out of you. An evil eye (being jealous of others and wanting something that someone else has) is included in a list of sins in Mark 7:20-23. There's so much better things to think about each day, and chapter 39 of this book - www.areyousureyouaresaved.com reveals them. Ephesians 5:15-17 shares, "See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is." Wasting time being jealous doesn't fit the criteria of Ephesians 5:15-17.
