Never Sinned?
My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which

Mark 10:17-20
17And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? 18And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. 19Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother. 20And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.
There's obviously more commandments than the ones Jesus mentioned, but I doubt that the young man never lied or always respected his parents. The problem was that he believed he never sinned. Romans 3:23 disagrees with this and says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" First John 1:8 adds, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." Unlike the young man's refusal to admit, the easiest step in becoming a Christian is to admit that we have sinned.
