Self-Defense 11

My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which words are italicized.

To summarize the previous messages, the Bible allows Christians to defend themselves when they feel threatened. The following explains how they can defend themselves:

In continuation of last week's message, it's important to not stand straight. Instead, stay lowered into a stance like a track runner starting a race, tighten your abdominal muscles, and keep your head close to their chest. If they try to grab you, rapidly punch their chin area with uppercuts and straight punches, along with headbutts and elbows. When their hands and arms are wrapped around you, do these strikes between their arms, and try not to lose your balance. Also, keep your arms close to your head, with your elbows close to your chin.

Doing this while keeping in a lowered position and trying not to lose your balance, should help you from being thrown to the ground.
