To summarize the previous messages, the Bible allows Christians to defend themselves when they feel threatened. The following explains how they can defend themselves:

In continuation of last week's message, if your attacker rapidly punches at your head, hold your block and position. Next, look for an opportunity to quickly and forcefully punch their chin/jaw area (the easiest way to knock someone out). While they are punching you, their chin is exposed. Headbutting, while trying not to lose your balance, and elbowing your attacker's chin area is effective too.
