Christians Belong to God
In 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 we read, "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." These verses mean that as soon as your heart is prepared to receive Jesus (explained in chapters 16 and 8 of this book - www.areyousureyouaresaved.com), and you tell God that you believe Jesus died on the cross to erase your sins and let you into heaven, you are bought, and God takes over every area of your life and every moment of each day from that moment on.
