The Light
My copy and paste feature doesn't keep the words that are supposed to be italicized, so instead of me doing it manually, refer to a Bible to see which words are italicized.
Luke 2:8-11, "8And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord."
Just as the light shone around the angel of the Lord when he announced the birth of Jesus to the shepherds, we let our lights shine and walk in that light when we have good relationships with other Christians. First John 1:7 shares, " But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin." Those who have prayed or made decisions to become Christians know that the blood of Jesus has cleansed them from all sin if they love and treat Christians well.
