Romans 13:11-14
11And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness (a sinful lifestyle, including rioting (a group of people making a party by having sex), drunkenness, chambering (sexual relations before marriage), wantonness (wanting to sin and literally sinning in ways that involve all the senses without restraint or regret), strife (quarreling within a group), and envying), and let us put on the armour of light (Instead of living a sinful lifestyle, Christians should live a lifestyle similar to the one explained in chapter 39 of this book - www.areyousureyouaresaved.com). 13Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying (see previous note). 14But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. (If a Christian puts on the Lord Jesus Christ (lives a lifestyle similar to the one explained in chapter 39 of this book - www.areyousureyouaresaved.com each day, they will not make provisions of the flesh and fulfil the lusts thereof.)
