Opening Prayer - Heavenly Father we thank You for this oppertunity to worship You and study Your Word. We're eternally thankful for Your Son who came into this world to give His life for us on the cross so that we would have an oppertunity to not only go to Heaven, but that we would have the power and ability to obey Your commandments. We pray that everyone who reads or listens to these sermons who are not saved will become saved. Please help us to learn Your Word. For our fifth sermon in this series for Sunday evenings, we ask that You will help us to stop committing these sins and help us to be sure we are really going to Heaven. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

COMMANDMENTS THAT CAN’T BE IGNORED
Jesus said in John 14:15, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." There’s nobody in Heaven who doesn’t love Jesus, so that verse means that if you are saved, you will keep Jesus’ commandments the best that you can.
There are many examples of sins to avoid in the Bible -
Revelation 21:7–8 says, "He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son (those who haven't given up trying to imitate Jesus). But the fearful (those who are afraid to witness to and do things to help others because they are afraid that they will be physically harmed, robbed, or killed by people who are angry because they think they are a Christian), and unbelieving (those who don't believe that Jesus is the Savior and the Way to Heaven), and the abominable (someone who commits evil in their mind, sight, taste, hearing, and touch), and murderers, and whoremongers (someone who has sexual relations with a prostitute and/or associates financially with a prostitute), and sorcerers, and idolaters (those who spend more of their time, thoughts, and effort on anything or anyone other than witnessing to and/or helping others and spending time with God), and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death”

The Bible teaches that if someone claims to be a Christian and continually commits the sins that were just listed (or any other sins) on purpose, and they don’t feel sorry and/or try to not do them again, that person is not a Christian. A Christian can and will very likely commit some of these sins repeatedly, but that Christian will feel really bad about it and will ask God to forgive them and try their best, with the Holy Spirit’s help, to not do them again.
If you continually commit sins on purpose, and you aren't bothered and upset because of it (Hebrews 12:5–11), then you need to pray or make a decision again to become saved. Please follow this website to become saved - http://chriswaug5.wix.com/howtogotoheaven
(If you have prayed or made a decision to trust Jesus’ death on the cross and His shed blood to erase your sins and let you into Heaven, but you commit the sins that were mentioned in Galatians 5:19-21, ask God to forgive you. Then, “from this moment on”, try your absolute best (explained in Revelation 3:19) to not commit these sins again, with God helping you change.)
If in the future you haven’t tried your absolute best to live this way, then ask God to forgive you. After that, “from this moment on” try your absolute best (explained in Revelation 3:19) to begin living this way again, with God helping you change (Continue to follow this pattern every time you fail to live this way.).
